Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the same day to yourself , or your loved one, colleague or business of your choice in the Upper Highway Area (Kloof, Gillitts, Hillcrest, Waterfall).
Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the next business day.

Should you or the receiver be unsatisfied with your bunch or gift, we will gladly process a full refund provided that you inform us of the issue upon receipt of delivery. We might require some photos to understand what went wrong, but we will let you know.
We get it, sometimes what you see online is just not what you have in mind. If you see something you like, but maybe want to change the colour, add some pizazz, or simply add a note you forgot about when checking out, get in touch with us and we will gladly try and accommodate your request.
Note that flowers are seasonal, and if we don't have something in stock, we will always replace with an equally gorgeous alternative. If there is a flower or foliage you absolutely do not want as part of your bunch, make a note of it before checking out and we will make sure to leave these out of your arrangement.
